Convinced that as followers of Jesus we are called to be be His ambassadors in the world, we are committed to using our time, gifts and money to further the vision of ongoing life change as we plant churches both locally and globally. Though as followers of Jesus we believe we are all compelled to "Go," love and serve the people He has placed around us locally we also partner together for greater impact in a few key initiatives on a global scale:
Jesus has impressed upon the people of Engage Church a deep passion for the displaced Karen Refugees. A number of our leaders have personally spent time serving the Karen. In 2010 we will be sending a group of our members again to personally serve and to deliver a portion of our special Christmas offering to supporting missionaries, community building and church planting amongst the Karen refugees located on the Thai-Burma border.
