At Engage Church we're passionate about seeing people far from God engaged with Jesus and the life He offers. And whether you've given up on church, no idea about church or been a Christian for years, we invite you to come visit one of our weekend services, everyone is welcome. There is a saying we 'own' at Engage Church which sums us up well : “No perfect people allowed." As a new church started by the Presbyterian Church of Queensland in partnership with Acts 29 and a number of other church partners we're excited to be able to share the old unchanging message of Jesus to a new generation in a fresh and cultrally appropriate way.
Though we're so thankful to be able to call the ministry facilites at 68 Longfellow Street, Norman Park our 'base' we're also aware that the church is not a building but the people Jesus is gathering together by His grace. In fact the people who are Engage City Church are just normal everyday Aussies who're thankful for the love and kindness God offers people in His Son Jesus Christ. At Engage we aim to keep it all about Jesus.
We meet from 10am for morning tea and our service beigns at 10.30am. Prep – primary school children meet in their own kid-friendly environments, so you can participate in the service knowing that caring adults are teaching your children about Jesus (all childrens workers have current State Government Bluecards). All services happen at 68 Longfellow Street, Norman Park, just two hundred metres from the Norman Park Train Station. If you have any questions, feel free to send us an email.
